I am excited to share that I have found what I have long been seeking to enhance my move into Business Strategy. There are many consultants/strategists out there that use the balance score card, SWOT analysis etc. but few that I have found anyway, who are able to scientifically measure specifics in terms of growing the business asset value.

Deon van Rensburg, Kerry Lewkowicz and I have joined forces. Deon specializes in competitive analysis to calibrate the position of the players who have an impact and influence over the performance of your enterprise – including managers, customers, staff, suppliers etc. The analysis identifies and ranks, from strong to weak, the players and the impact each player has on the overall ranked position of the enterprise. We can use the analysis to “engineer” changes for the improvement of the enterprise market position score – by concentrating on the players who make the difference; by upping the weaker players’ ranking; and if necessary, making decisions about the players who seriously and persistently bring down the overall score.
Kerry also specializes in Visual Communication and is a genius in her field.
